For patients, you can visit the VivaGuard at https://care.vivachek.com. For doctors, you can visit the VivaGuard at https://vg.vivachek.com. Click "Register" to open an account. After you enter all information required and click the "Register", you will be notified that an email from VivaGuard has been sent to your email account to confirm your enrollment.

Verify your email

Please go to your email box, and open the email with the subject "[VivaGuard] Verify email address" and follow the instruction to finish your registration.
