Getting Started With VivaGuard

VivaGuard Web Application is compatible with Chrome 60.0 or above, Firefox 66.0 or above, Opera 54.0 or above, Safari 12.1 or above, IE 8 or above and Edge.

Create your VivaGuard account

VivaGuard service is available to people with diabetes, clinicians and caregivers. You can register for an account through VivaGuard Mobile App or VivaGuard Web.

Install VivaGuard Data Transfer Tool on your Mac or Windows PC

After the registration, you’ll need to download and install VivaGuard Data Transfer Tool on your computer to upload your data from the supported blood glucose meters. Once you have logged in the web application, you can find the download and installation in Help. Windows 7,Windows 10 and Mac OS (at least 10.10) are compatible with VivaGuard Data Transfer Tool.

Download VivaGuard Mobile App

VivaGuard Mobile App is a companion app to our VivaGuard service that lets you add blood glucose data manually or upload from connected devices. It also allows you to add notes about meals, sports and medicines.
